1. Pursale is a Venue
Pursale provides a marketplace platform where independent sellers list and sell their goods. Pursale does not manufacture, store, or inspect physical items sold through our platform. We provide the technology to connect buyers and sellers. Consequently, the legal contract for the sale of physical products is directly between the buyer and the seller.
2. Digital Content & Intellectual Property
When you purchase digital assets (eBooks, Brushes, etc.):
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or specified commercial use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files themselves.
- All designs and content on Pursale are protected by copyright law.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Pursale is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence.
4. User Conduct & Marketplace Integrity
Buyers and sellers must interact with respect. Any attempt to manipulate the rating system, harass other users, or engage in fraudulent transactions will result in an immediate permanent ban from the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pursale is not liable for any damages arising from the use of products purchased through the marketplace. Sellers are solely responsible for the safety and compliance of their physical goods with local laws.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or the law. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
