Pursale Marketplace Policy
Pursale is a marketplace where independent creators and shops sell directly to buyers around the world. Because every shop on Pursale is different, each seller maintains their own specific return and exchange policies.
1. Digital Assets (eBooks, Downloads, Software)
Because digital items are delivered instantly, they cannot be returned or refunded. Pursale guarantees the delivery of your file; if a link is broken, we will provide a replacement within 24 hours.
2. Physical Goods (Handmade, Vintage, & POD)
Whether you are buying a handmade ceramic, a vintage find, or a custom-printed T-shirt, the following applies:
- Check the Shop Policy: Before purchasing, look at the "Shipping & Returns" section on the Product Description. Sellers may choose to offer 30-day returns, or they may list items as "Final Sale."
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives in a different condition than described, the individual seller is required to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
- Custom/Personalized Items: Most sellers on Pursale do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized goods unless they arrive damaged.
3. Return Shipping & Labels
If a seller accepts a return for a "change of mind":
- The buyer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
- If enabled by the seller, you can generate a return label via your Pursale account. The cost of this label will be deducted from your total refund.
Legal Notice: Pursale (pursale.com) provides a venue for sellers and buyers to connect. We do not hold inventory of physical products. All legal obligations regarding product safety, description accuracy, and physical return logistics are the sole responsibility of the individual vendor/shop.
