Can I get a refund for an eBook?
Because digital items are delivered instantly, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues or a broken link, contact us and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
Shipping & Marketplace
Why did my items arrive in separate packages?Pursale is a marketplace. Items from different creators or our print partners ship from different studios. They may arrive at slightly different times.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption. All transactions are handled by Stripe or PayPal. Pursale never stores your credit card details.
