Shipping & Delivery
Because Pursale is a marketplace of independent creators, makers, and designers, shipping works a little differently than a traditional store. Here is everything you need to know about getting your items home.
1. Separate Packages, Unique Journeys
If you order a handmade ceramic from one artist and a graphic tee from a Print-on-Demand partner, they will ship from different locations.
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
- Items may arrive at different times depending on the seller’s location.
2. Processing Times
Each seller has their own "Processing Time" (the time it takes to make or pack your item).
- Ready-to-ship: Usually leaves the studio in 1-3 business days.
- Made-to-order (POD): Usually takes 3-5 business days to be printed and quality-checked.
- Custom creations: Check the individual product page for specific timelines.
3. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the distance they need to travel. Sellers typically use trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services. You can choose your preferred shipping speed during checkout.
4. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Pursale is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
